Safety and support
Every program is planned around student safety, from the first form to the flight home.
Local team on the ground
We are based in the Clear Lake area of Houston, the same area where your students will be throughout the program. For university visits elsewhere, we work with local contacts in each city.
Your chaperones, supported
We coordinate with the staff your school sends, and brief them before departure.
Paperwork handled
We obtain the sponsorship documents students need for their visa applications, and collect and verify medical, allergy, and emergency information.
Accident and medical insurance
Every participant must be covered before departure. We arrange it for your group, or your school provides proof of its own policy.
